Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Old Bridge is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team. We offer new increased pay rates and a $2,500 sign-on bonus, along with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training to support your career growth.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health, and collaborate with nurses to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality, hands-on care while preserving residents' dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Help create a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care.
