Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare in Old Bridge, NJ is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate care team. We offer training, support, and opportunities for career growth, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and new increased pay rates.

As a CNA you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, document changes for the nursing team, and contribute to a clean, safe, and respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Provide high-quality, hands-on care while preserving dignity and independence.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies.
• Help create a clean, safe, welcoming environment and work with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Provide compassionate, high-quality, hands-on care while preserving residents' dignity and independence
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies
• Help create a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care

Qualifications
