Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal care, mobility support, vitals monitoring and companionship for residents in our Delaware facility. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care and accurate documentation in our software system.

We offer daily pay options, generous benefits, tuition reimbursement of $5k annually, and career growth opportunities. Weekend on first shift options are available, and a $2/hour shift differential applies for second

Qualifications

• Certified to work within the State of Delaware as a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely.
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight and report changes in health.
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals and fluids.
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, participate in activities.
• Companionship: Provide friendship and emotional safety.
• Document: Enter care information into our software system.
