Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant in Delaware. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, vital checks, nutrition support, and companionship to residents under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Mobility support: repositioning, bed transfers, chair transfers, safe ambulation.
• Vitals & monitoring: check vitals/weight and report changes.
• Feeding & hydration: assist meals and ensure fluid intake.
• Living assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, enable activities.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support.
• Documentation: record care in the software system.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities
• Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond
• Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
