Qualifications

• State of Delaware CNA certification required.
• Background check, drug screen and reference checks will be conducted.
• Able to pass physical evaluation and to work with residents.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Mobility support: help reposition, transfer to chairs, and assist walking.
• Vitals & monitoring: check vitals/weight and report changes.
• Feeding & hydration: assist with meals and fluids.
• Living assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, and enable participation in activities.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support.
• Documentation: record care in our software system.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
