Tree of Life Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our resident-care team. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, help with mobility, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, completes a state-approved CNA program, holds an active CNA license, and demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Assist in the documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
