Job summary

Tree of Life Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide direct patient care under licensed supervision and assist residents with daily living activities in a faith-based, resident-focused setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, assisting with mobility, and documenting care to support individualized plans. A state-approved CNA program and active certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely.
