Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Live Oak, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caregiving team. You will provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision, assist with daily living activities, and monitor vital signs to support resident well-being.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a state-approved CNA program, active CNA certification, strong communication, and physical ability to lift and assist residents.

• Assist in the documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
