Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Graceville, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate direct patient care under supervision, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

You will monitor vital signs, document changes, support mobility, and offer companionship to residents. A state-approved CNA program and active certification are required, along with strong communication and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
