Job summary

Willow Tree Post Acute, a Skilled Nursing Facility in Topeka, Kansas, is seeking full-time CNAs to join our All Star team. We offer 8 hour shifts and a supportive work environment focused on compassionate resident care.

Duties include providing routine daily nursing care, maintaining safety, and respecting residents’ privacy. Candidates must have Kansas CNA certification and current CPR certification; prior experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Kansas.
• Must have current CPR for Health Care Providers.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, and co-workers.
• Previous job experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services per assessment and care plan.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management.
• Create and maintain a warm, personal, and calm environment.

Job Responsibilities for Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors

• Perform other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management

• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment

• Always exercise courtesy whenever residents, family members, and visitors are present

• Demonstrate pride in Tallgrass Healthcare Campus by keeping areas clean and safe

• Demonstrate ongoing responsibility and commitment through good attendance and by being on time to work

• Respect the privacy and dignity of residents

Job Qualifications for Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

• Previous job experience preferred but not required

• Must be a current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Kansas
