Job summary

Paramount Community Living and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide high-quality resident care, assist with daily living activities, monitor residents' comfort and safety, and collaborate with the care team to ensure well‑being.

The role requires a current Kansas CNA certification, ability to lift and move residents, and a commitment to infection control and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas CNA certification is required.
• Ability to lift/move residents and perform physical tasks.
• Experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including activities of daily living and mobility support.
• Accurately document care and changes in residents' conditions in the electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and supervisor about changes or concerns.
• Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and provide companionship to residents.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care.
