Job summary

Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Madisonville, TN team. You will work closely with nursing staff to assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure comfort and well-being in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee is required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators.
• Observe residents' condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort.
• Document care provided in medical records and charts.
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and team members.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs.

Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Madisonville, Tennessee. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

CNA Requirements

• Active CNA Certification in Tennessee
