Glenburnie Health & Rehab Center in Richmond, VA is seeking qualified individuals to join our growing team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtimes, including feeding as needed.
• Support resident mobility with safe transfers and positioning.
• Monitor health status and report changes to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment.
• Perform other duties to ensure high‑quality care.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well‑being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
