Job summary

Seton Manor Nursing and Rehab is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for all shifts. We offer full-time and part-time/per diem opportunities, with day, evening, and overnight shifts available.

As a CNA, you will provide compassionate care, assist residents with ADLs, monitor health signals, and document care actions while maintaining open communication with the nursing team and families.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Friendly, professional attitude with a passion for going the extra mile to support residents and coworkers.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with all activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor resident stability by tracking weight, vitals, input/output, and administering tests as needed.
• Communicate changes in residents’ status to the nursing team to ensure timely care.
• Accurately document care actions by completing forms, reports, and logs.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers with a caring demeanor.
