Job summary

Lafayette Manor, Inc is a nonprofit skilled nursing facility in Uniontown, PA hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for a full-time night shift. Three 12-hour shifts, 6pm–6am, with every other weekend.

You will support residents with daily care, ADLs, meals, and vital signs per individualized plans, while maintaining dignity and safety. Join a team-focused environment that values collaboration, infection control, and accurate care documentation using EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification required.
• Compassionate approach to geriatric care and teamwork.
• Basic EHR/documentation skills necessary.
• Experience in long-term or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and vital signs.
• Maintain resident dignity, safety, and comfort.
• Perform routine rounds, repositioning, and skin care.
• Document care accurately and communicate changes to licensed staff.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.

• Full-Time | Night ShiftThree 12-hour shifts; 6pm - 6amEvery other weekend

Qualifications
