Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toileting.
• Take and record vital signs, height, and weight as needed.
• Assist with feeding, linen changes, and resident transport.
• Support residents with active and passive mobility per the Plan of Care.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor.
• Provide compassionate, dignified, and high-quality resident care.
