Job summary

Orwigsburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center offers a paid CNA training program beginning November 16, 2026. Trainees will be guided through a 4-week course and, upon passing the certification exam, are guaranteed a position within the care team.

Participants gain hands-on experience caring for residents, with comprehensive benefits and progression opportunities as part of a supportive team. This entry path starts with paid training and leads to a CNA role at Orwigsburg Nursing & Rehabilitation

• Turning or moving patients
• Gathering medical supplies
• Bathing patients
• Grooming patients by brushing hair, teeth, shaving, etc.
• Feeding patients and documenting intake
• Checking vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate)
• Answering patient calls
• Documenting information
• Cleaning rooms and bed linens
• Stocking supplies
• Assisting with some medical procedures
• Safety procedures
• Transporting patients

Job description

We are looking for dedicated team members to undergo a paid CNA training to bolster our care team at Orwigsburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, beginning November 16, 2026

Are you looking into becoming a CNA and unsure of where to start? We make the process extremely easy for you! Not only do we provide paid training, you will be guaranteed a position once you pass the certification exam! We will provide you with the proper training in order to give you confidence in under-taking the care needs of our beloved residents in just 4 weeks!

You will gain the training and knowledge to handle to following job tasks:

• Checking vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate
