Orwigsburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Orwigsburg, PA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a compassionate, resident-focused care team. Immediate hire for new grads and walk-ins; options include full-time, part-time, per diem, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, taking vital signs, helping with feeding and mobility, and reporting changes to the nursing supervisor.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Compassionate, dependable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs, height, and weight as needed
• Assist with feeding, linen changes, and resident transport
• Support residents with mobility per the Plan of Care
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor
• Provide compassionate, dignified, and high-quality resident care
