Job summary

Luther Wood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Hatboro, PA is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care and work with a dedicated nursing team to support residents in daily living activities.

As a CNA, you will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and monitoring health status, while upholding our Care Beyond Compare standard.

Qualifications

• Active PA CNA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties to provide exceptional care.

What You'll Do
