Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Wesley Woods, New Albany, OH. The role supports residents in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing units with daytime and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Launder residents' personal belongings.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with team to ensure quality care.
• Participate in shift reports at start and end of each shift.
