Complete Care Management is hiring a CNA to provide essential care for residents on a part-time basis with weekend options, including second shift. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and document care in our system.

Qualifications

• Certified to work within the state as a CNA.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Mobility Support: Reposition, get in and out of bed, transfers to chairs, and safe ambulation.
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight and report changes in health.
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals and ensure adequate fluid intake.
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and facilitate activities.
• Companionship: Provide friendship and emotional support.
• Documentation: Enter care information into the software system.
