Job summary

Complete Care in Connecticut is looking for a CNA to provide direct personal care to residents recently discharged from hospital or in long-term care. You will support bathing, mobility, feeding, and daily activities while ensuring safety and comfort.

The role offers full-time 2nd or 3rd shift or part-time options across all shifts, with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Daily pay and a $2/hr shift differential are highlighted as perks.

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely.
• Check vitals/weight and report changes in physical/mental health.
• Assist with meals, snacks and ensure adequate fluid intake.
• Make beds, tidy rooms, and help residents participate in activities.
• Provide friendship and emotional support for residents.
• Enter care information into the software system for records.
