Complete Care Management in Meriden, CT is hiring a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team. We provide skilled nursing services to recently discharged hospital patients and long-term residents, with day-to-day support and therapy as needed.

We offer full-time or part-time roles across all shifts, including weekend options, daily pay, tuition reimbursement of $5k per year, and comprehensive benefits. Join us to help residents maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed/certified as a CNA in the state.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen and references.

Responsibilities

• Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene and toileting.
• Mobility support: repositioning, bed transfers, chair transfers and safe ambulation.
• Monitor vitals/weight and report health changes.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Assist with beds, rooms, and activities to support living.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
