Job summary

Complete Care in Meriden, CT is seeking a CNA to provide compassionate personal care to residents recently discharged from hospital and to those needing long-term care. You will assist with bathing, mobility, meals, vitals and daily activities in a supportive team environment.

The role offers full-time or part-time options across shifts with perks including daily pay, tuition reimbursement of $5k annually, insurance options, 401K, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Able to pass background checks, drug screen and references.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and oral hygiene.
• Mobility Support: reposition, transfer to chairs, assist walking.
• Vitals & Monitoring: check vitals/weight and report changes.
• Feeding & Hydration: assist with meals and fluids.
• Living Assistance: make beds and tidy rooms; support activities.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support.
• Document: enter care info into our software system.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
