Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate Lead CNA Caregiver to join our team. This field-based role offers guaranteed full-time hours (minimum 30 hours per week) while providing variety, independence, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on client care across your service area.

Lead CNAs help ensure uninterrupted, high-quality care by supporting new client starts, assisting with scheduling gaps, and providing reliable coverage when additional support is needed.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• Willingness to travel up to 50 miles
• Availability Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Availability for two weekends per month
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping
• Provide transportation and errands
• Support start-of-care visits and client transitions
• Cover open shifts and urgent care needs; observe and report changes
• Communicate with scheduling staff
• Mentor fellow caregivers
• Build relationships with clients and families

This unique field-based role offer guaranteed full-time hours (minimum 30 hours per week) while providing variety, independence, and the opportunity to make direct impact on client care across your service area.

Unlike a traditional assignment-based position, our Lead CNA Caregivers are trusted team members who help ensure clients receive uninterrupted, high-quality care. You'll support new client starts, assist with scheduling gaps, and provide reliable coverage when additional support is needed.
