Responsibilities include meal prep, transfers, medication reminders, dementia care, transportation, and light housekeeping, fostering a safe and comfortable environment for clients on both weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass Drug Screening
• Experience as a CNA in home care or skilled facilities
• Must pass background checks (national and multi-jurisdictional) and DMV checks
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide essential home care to help clients age in place with dignity.
• Assist with meal prep, transfers, medication reminders, and dementia care.
• Provide transportation support and light housekeeping.
• Create a safe, comfortable environment for clients during shifts.

Responsibilities include meal prep, personal care, transfers, medication reminders, dementia care, transportation, light housekeeping, providing a safe and comfortable environment and more.

Requirements
