Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking an experienced Lead CNA Caregiver in Tennessee to provide field-based, full-time care with guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week.

You will support new client starts, fill scheduling gaps, and cover shifts while mentoring fellow caregivers. This role offers independence, weekly pay, and a path for career advancement within a respected home care team.

Qualifications

Active CNA license in good standing.
Reliable transportation and valid insurance.
Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius.
Availability Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–8:00 PM and two weekends per month.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming.
Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
Provide transportation and errands as needed.
Support start-of-care visits and client transitions.
Cover open shifts and urgent care needs.
Observe and report changes in client condition.
Communicate with office and scheduling staff.
Help support and mentor fellow caregivers.
Build strong relationships with clients and families.

This unique field-based role offer guaranteed full-time hours (minimum 30 hours per week) while providing variety, independence, and the opportunity to make direct impact on client care across your service area.

Unlike a traditional assignment-based position, our Lead CNA Caregivers are trusted team members who help ensure clients receive uninterrupted, high-quality care. You'll support new client starts, assist with scheduling gaps, and provide reliable coverage when additional support is needed.
