Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking an experienced Lead CNA Caregiver to join our team in a field-based, full-time capacity. This role guarantees a minimum of 30 hours per week, offering independence and the chance to make a direct impact on client care in your service area.

You will assist with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and start-of-care visits, while collaborating with an experienced team and enjoying opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license and current credentials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Able to travel up to a 50-mile radius.
• Availability Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–8:00 PM; two weekends per month.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care tasks.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation and run errands as needed.
• Support start-of-care visits and new client transitions.
• Cover open shifts and urgent care needs.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
• Communicate with office and scheduling staff.
• Mentor fellow caregivers and build relationships with clients and families.
• Support independence and safety for clients at home.

This unique field-based role offer guaranteed full-time hours (minimum 30 hours per week) while providing variety, independence, and the opportunity to make direct impact on client care across your service area.

Unlike a traditional assignment-based position, our Lead CNA Caregivers are trusted team members who help ensure clients receive uninterrupted, high-quality care. You'll support new client starts, assist with scheduling gaps, and provide reliable coverage when additional support is needed.
