Responsibilities:

CNAs play a vital role in creating a warm, supportive environment that prioritizes resident well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring dignity and respect for each resident.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
  • Assist during meals, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional states
Requirements:
  • Valid CNA certification in Indiana
  • Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, mobility assistance)
