Sylvan Shores Health and Wellness in La Porte, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our full-time team. You will work in a skilled nursing facility, assist residents, and participate in daily care activities.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, Texas CNA certification, CPR (preferred), and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Various shifts including nights and weekends are available, with competitive benefits. We value compassionate care, reliability, and teamwork.
