Job summary

Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our dedicated team. The role supports residents in a skilled nursing setting, with 12-hour shifts (6a-6p or 6p-6a) and PRN options. We emphasize compassionate care, safety, and reliable transportation for staff.

Qualifications include a Texas CNA license, a high school diploma, and CPR certification (preferred). Paid time off, health benefits, 401k, and other fringe benefits are provided to full-time staff.
