Job summary

Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center in Henderson, TN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team on the night shift.

As a CNA you will assist residents with daily living, follow care plans, document meals, report changes, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Position Summary
