Job summary

Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan in Englishtown, NJ is hiring CNAs for full-time and part-time roles across all shifts. Earn $21.00–$23.50/hour and join a compassionate team dedicated to resident care at a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, observation, and documentation while ensuring dignity and confidentiality in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Assist with meals, feeding, hydration and nutritional needs.
• Turn, reposition, transfer and ambulate residents as needed.
• Provide compassionate support and promote residents' dignity and independence.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
• Document food and fluid intake and other required care information.
• Make beds and maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident areas.
• Transport residents within the facility as needed.
• Assist nurses and other members of the healthcare team.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures and infection-control standards.
• Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
