Your Role as a CNA:

• Accurate Documentation: Recording and reporting changes in residents' conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.

• Collaborating with the Team: Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.

• Enhancing Quality of Life: Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.
