Job summary

Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our dedicated nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with all shifts available.

New CNAs and students pursuing certification are welcome. You will assist residents with ADLs, mobility and transfers, monitor changes, document care, and collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA license required.
• Strong compassion and commitment to caring for the elderly.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, rooming, and toileting.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care.

Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 160-bed long-term care and sub-acute nursing facility. We are actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic and supportive nursing team.

Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem.All Shifts available.

New CNA’s and temp NA’s (already in school for certification) are welcome.

Compensation

• Hourly compensation starting at $21.50 with full benefits,

• Additional $3.00 for waiving Insurance & PTO benefits

• $4000 Sign-on bonus (only for Full time)

• Tuition reimbursement opportunities
