Job summary

Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team in Sedalia, MO. We offer flexible PRN schedules, competitive pay with shift differential, and opportunities to grow in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, promoting social engagement, maintaining safety, helping with personal hygiene, meal service, and keeping spaces clean.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri CNA license is required.
• COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to vaccinate.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents to assist with activities of daily living.
• Encourage social interaction to support residents' spirits.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist with personal hygiene needs.
• Distribute meal trays and document intake.
• Make beds and keep residents' spaces clean and tidy.
• Perform other daily care tasks as needed.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Job Requirements:

• Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Missouri.
• Completed COVID-19 Vaccination or a willingness to receive vaccination.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18.

Duties and Responsibilities for Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Pass out meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Make beds & keep residents’ space clean and tidy.
• Perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residents.
