Job summary

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on care and daily support to residents in a compassionate long-term care setting. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and Per-Diem roles with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement.

We provide a $2,000 sign-on bonus, Verizon phone plan, and competitive pay up to $4,000 per month, plus shift differentials for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification is required or in-state equivalent.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus, but new CNAs are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Compassionate, dependable and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and mobility as needed.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Document care accurately per facility policies.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

• Help residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility

• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests

• Document resident care accurately according to facility policies

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents

• Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations
