Job summary

Intersect Healthcare of Cedar Springs, a 77-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for day shifts. Open Interviews Mon-Fri 2-4pm; join our team to deliver personalized resident care with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Must hold Michigan CNA certification or complete approved training and be eligible to test (certified within 4 months).
• One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare preferred.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents, promoting rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality
• Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and personal care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, reporting any deficiencies to the Environment Plant Manager
• Assist with orienting residents and their families to the nursing home and unit

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents, promoting their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality
• Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and personal care
