Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Billerica, MA, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, home-like environment that feels like family.

Part Time & Per Diem positions available. Duties include assisting residents with daily living, documenting care, reporting changes to staff, engaging residents in activities, and providing emotional support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes to appropriate staff.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
