Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide non-medical, in-home care that enhances clients' well-being and quality of life. You will assist with daily living activities while fostering independence and dignity in the clients' own homes.

As a Caregiver, you will work one-on-one with clients, building trust, delivering personalized support, and collaborating with families and the care team to ensure comfort and safety in their homes.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of healthcare experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide homemaking and companion care to clients, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care assistance
• Work with Veterans and elderly clients, promoting independence and dignity
