Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Fairfield seeks compassionate Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support, focusing on companionship and daily living assistance for clients in their homes.

You will deliver personal care as needed, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, and maintain professional communication with clients, families and coworkers while ensuring punctual, reliable care.
