Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield in Fairfield County seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. The CNA/HHA will provide non-medical care, companionship, and personal support in clients’ homes, with attention to daily activities according to care plans.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and reporting visits.

About the Role:

As a CNA or HHA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement. You will also provide personal care to clients as needed, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation,, medication reminders, etc.
