Job summary

Complete Care Management LLC is hiring a CNA in Delaware. You will provide personal care, mobility support, vital checks, feeding assistance, and companionship to residents recently discharged from hospital or in long-term care. • Certified to work within the State of Delaware as a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Mobility Support: reposition, bed transfers, chair transfers, and safe walking.
• Vitals & Monitoring: check vitals/weight and report changes.
• Feeding & Hydration: assist with meals and fluids.
• Living Assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, assist activities.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support.
• Document: enter care information into our software system.
