Job summary

Concierge Care is hiring CNAs and HHAs for one-on-one home care in West Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

We offer ongoing morning client in the 32221 area plus PRN and recurring opportunities throughout Jacksonville with weekly pay and W-2 employment. Join a team providing one-on-one in-home support to local clients.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or Florida-approved HHA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Social Security card.
• CPR certification and health statement within 6 months stating “Free of Communicable Diseases.”
• Ability to meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Companionship.

WEST JACKSONVILLE CAREGIVERS NEEDED

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one home care in West Jacksonville and surrounding areas .

We have an ongoing morning client in the 32221 area plus additional PRN and recurring client opportunities throughout Jacksonville.

Current 32221 Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–11:00 AM
• 11 hours per week
• Ongoing recurring schedule

Additional hours may be available with other Jacksonville clients based on caregiver availability and location.

Requirements

• 2-hour Alzheimer’s
