Heritage Senior Living in New Berlin, WI, is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants for immediate openings on 2nd/PM shifts. You will provide personalized care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and support independence and comfort.

CNA certification is desirable but not required. We offer flexible schedules, benefits, pay on demand, PTO, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification desirable, but not required.
• Experience in caregiving or senior living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining and other activities of daily living.
• Provide care according to each resident's ISP.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices.
• Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to resident calls and alarms.
• Accurately document resident care and services.
• Follow resident-rights, infection prevention and safety requirements.
• Participate in required meetings and training.
• Help maintain a safe, homelike environment.
