You will provide compassionate, hands‑on care, assist residents with daily living activities, observe changes, and work closely with licensed staff to maintain a safe, respectful environment that supports dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in New Jersey.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high‑quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment promoting dignity for all residents.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
