Responsibilities

• Foster a warm, caring atmosphere for residents and teammates.
• Assist with daily living needs including hygiene, bathing, oral care, skin and nail care, and hand washing.
• Orient residents to surroundings and help them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Support nutritional needs by serving meals and assisting with intake.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement as needed.
• Collaborate with the charge nurse to ensure quality care.
