Villa Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Imperial a Villa Center. The CNA assists residents with activities of daily living under supervision of a nurse, supports bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and personal care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Certified Nursing Assistant license/certification required.
• CPR certification preferred or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living under nurse supervision.
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, and mobility.
• Turn, reposition, and assist with transfers as needed.
• Monitor diet, fluids, and vital signs under supervision.
• Communicate changes in mood or condition to the nurse.
• Maintain clean rooms and linen; gather supplies as needed.
• Answer calls and assist with transports when required.
