Freeman Regional Health Services in Freeman, SD, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for day and night shifts. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, following nursing staff guidance, and contributing to a caring, patient-centered environment.

From 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. shifts, including weekends and holidays, you will help with bathing, dressing, mobility, and documentation while upholding resident rights and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• CNA certification or ability to complete CNA courses within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform routine and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, transfers, repositioning, and toileting.
• Document concise, factual information on forms.
• Assist with or perform medical care activities per policy and procedures to support the patient care plan.
• Provide feedback to nursing staff on patient conditions, pain management, and concerns.
• Provide emotional, educational, and spiritual support for families.
• Adhere to resident rights, confidentiality, and privacy.
