Madison Healthcare Services’ Care Center is seeking qualified CNAs to join our team. Get the rural experience, with the urban benefits! The role provides direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility under supervision of licensed nurses (RN/LPN).

Schedule is PRN/Casual with a minimum 24 hours per month, including weekend hours and weekday hours, with weekend incentive pay and shift differentials. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, retirement match, and tuition

Qualifications

• Must be currently registered or eligible to register as a Nursing Assistant in Minnesota.
• Open to nurses of all experience levels.
• Opportunities for continuing education credits.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for residents including dressing, bathing, grooming, meals and ADLs.
• Monitor vital signs, weight and nutrition.
• Assist therapy department as time permits.
• Document care in Point Click Care and communicate resident needs to the team.
• Support residents to attain the highest level of independence possible.
